Exciting Semi-finals Showdown looms in Waggy-T Super Knockout Football

img_20160319_213501.jpgST. GEORGE’S, November 25, 2016 – An exciting showdown looms on Saturday as the Waggy-T Super Knockout Tournament enters its semi-finals stage at Victoria Park in Grenville.

Following quarter-finals action last weekend at the National Athletics Stadium, Hard Rock, Hurricane, Queen’s Park Rangers and Defending Champions Paradise International FC have booked their spot in the semi-finals.

On Saturday, Hard Rock were 4-1 winners against Glover’s Spice Boys lead by a hat-trick from Denron Daniel in the 22′, ’51’ and 82′ of play while Hurricane had a 5-1 victory over Police.

Defending Champions Paradise International FC booked their spot following a  3-nil win over Patriots while the final spot was secure by Sandals Queen’s Park Rangers who were 3-nil winners over Ball Dogs.

This Saturday’s semi-finals will see QPR and Paradise playing the first game of the double header while the all expected rivalry between St. Patrick and St. Mark in the likes of Hard Rock and Hurricane will be showcased in the second game.
